Brad Clousing Sells 168 Unit Florida Assisted Living Facility
Bradley Clousing sold a 169 unit Assisted Living/Memory Care Facility located in the St. Petersburg/Tampa Bay MSA. The facility was built in 2010 and consists of 168 units/218 beds and 8 commercial suites. The facility has enjoyed a steady lease-up to over 80% occupancy since opening and outpacing the initial projections. The facility had existing assumable, non-recourse HUD debt with favorable terms. It's a shame to see places like this close down. We need more assisted living, not less. Our elders need to be taken care of. I recently just found a great place for assisted living in Ohio. I'll be sending my grandfather here soon.

Truly, assisted living community accommodates a large part of the senior population. This type of community is very similar to an individual residence but also provides accommodations for those seniors who need special assistance with activities in their daily lives. Thanks a lot.
